WHAT WE DO

Our programmes are customised for each company we work with. Generally this includes three distinct phases:

DISCOVER

We spend time getting to know your people. We do this through 1-1’s, group conversations or tailored surveys that help us understand the motivations and aspirations of your young professionals.

DESIGN

Based on what we discover, we will design a programme of executive coaching and training that suits your business.

DELIVER

Delivery of the programme from our expert coaches and trainers over the period of 6 months – 1 year.

Coaching.

1-1 coaching is one of the most powerful ways to accelerate personal growth and professional performance.

Pairing your high potentials and future leaders with their own executive coach will enable them to achieve their fullest potential in both their work and life.

As a generation that deeply values learning and development, being paired with a coach is a significant and meaningful opportunity for any young professional. It is also a powerful demonstration of care and belief in the individual from the company who provides it.

We carefully select which of our expert coaches will be right for each coachee based on their personality and coaching goals.

Once paired, they will work with their coach for a minimum of 6 months, having sessions every 3/4 weeks. More about what coaching is here.

Training.

We all know that we face different challenges at different stages of our career. So having the same training across all these stages has never made sense. Our trainings are designed specifically with this generation in mind and based on our own research into what training young professionals are interested in.
