OUR STORY

Linkedin Survey conducted in 2017 revealed that 75% of young adults in the UK experienced what has become known as a ‘Quarter-Life Crisis’. This crisis is a feeling of intense uncertainty, doubt and overall disengagement experienced in early adulthood. 

Quarter-Life started as a 1-1 career and life-coaching practice, which aimed to help young adults navigate this crisis.  Since our beginning we have coached hundreds of people in their 20’s and early 30’s to help them gain clarity, confidence and purpose in their careers. Our success with our individual clients was recognised in Forbes, The Independent, The Guardian, Thrive Global and on the BBC.

As we grew, alongside our 1-1 work we began to partner with universities, schools, charities and even hospitals to deliver better career and wellbeing support to young adults who may not have been able to access it before.

In 2019 Quarter-Life was selected to join the Deutsche bank backed accelerator Women Entrepreneurs in Social Tech, a programme that supports female founders in scaling their businesses. It was here that we started Quarter-Life for Companies, a service that helps organisations to create the best cultures for their young professionals. 

We work with companies to help them further understand the unique challenges facing this generation and design bespoke programmes of support to overcome them.
